The thermal conductivity type humidity sensors include a thermosensitive element and a temperature compensation element which are fixed in the sensor case. Absolute humidity can be controlled with high accuracy and electromagnetic shield is given.
Its main application is microwave ovens where it allows automatic cooking.

Main technical features:
  • Operating humidity range: 0-130 g/m3
  • Temperature range for humidity measurement: 0-200 C
  • Insulation resistance: 50 volts dc, 10 Mohms Output characteristics: 6,0mV +/- 1,0mV (at 40 C, 35 g/m3).
